Purpose of the meeting - to consider the proposal as follows:
To approve the proposal that Wimborne RFC Limited enter into an Agreement for lease with Dorset Council and thereafter a lease of the Community Sports Facility.
To approve the principle of the surrender of Leigh Park lease with Wimborne Town Council.
To authorise the Management Committee to proceed with the required actions to continue to negotiate to secure the best terms achievable on all aspects of the above and for the future occupation and use of the Community Sports Facility.

At the cut-off point the eligible Voting Membership amounted to 589 persons.

Of the 589 eligible voters 332 voted (56% of the eligible voters)
