We now have confirmation that this event is going ahead as originally planned/advertised some 24months ago!!
Furthermore, after last night’s government announcement of lowering most Covid restrictions on 19th July 2021, we have every confidence in this being the event we all envisaged from the beginning and one not to miss out on!!
To this end we have to notify all persons who have already purchased tickets to notify us if you are unable to attend on 25/09/21 by midnight 16/07/21 to receive a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be available due to deposit commitments with the venue.

We have a lot to fit in so please be prompt.
Free coach travel to & from event – proposed route via
Wimborne, Corfe Mullen, Broadstone, Poole, Branksome, Hilton Hotel.
Important Notice.
Please ensure you have informed Maria, Jo or Dave if you wish to travel on the coach to the Hilton. (The final route has yet to be finalised).
If you are driving to the event, please ensure you inform the Hilton IN ADVANCE of your car reg number.
This is your responsibility not the Club's.
Parking is from £13 and upwards if the Hotel does not have your reg. There are only 200 spaces so it is first come, first served.
